Shipbuilding contract signed for the construction of one vessel

Athens, Greece – JME Navigation is proud to announce the signing of Shipbuilding Contract No. 24486 for the construction of one Bulk Carier, with Hull No. 1337, between JME Navigation and the combined efforts of Sumec Marine Co., Ltd. and New Dayang Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. as the Seller.

This agreement establishes a comprehensive framework governing the construction, inspection, and delivery of the vessel, which will be built to specifications set forth in the contract. The construction will adhere to the highest safety and engineering standards, ensuring compliance with the regulations set by the relevant classification society.
